JULIO DELGADO

Julio is a well-renowned award-winning chef that earned his chops at 5-star and 5-diamond restaurants and hotels for the last 20 years. Some of Julio's greatest accolades are “Best Restaurant 2008” as well as “Top 5 New Restaurants” and “Most Unique Dining Experience in Atlanta” in 2016. Julio is also the winner of Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen cooking show and Georgia Grown Executive Chef for 2019.

ANTHONY INFANTE

Anthony Paul Infante was born and raised in the Philippines where he got his degree in hospitality and tourism management majoring in hotel and restaurant management at Saint Louis University Philippines. Anthony's first job was a kitchen helper for a year round country club, and from that his interest in culinary arts got stronger. Anthony then decided to go abroad to widen his knowledge in his profession. He worked in a restaurant located in Singapore for a year and then moved to Aruba. While in Aruba he worked in the hotel industry for five years until he moved to the U.S last January. In 2018 he to pursue his passion, and be more focused on the culinary and hospitality side of the industry.
